ETIQUETTE

We ask that cell phone use is kept to a minimum. Please use indoor voices if calls must be made.
Only clients being serviced are allowed in the service area. For your safety and the client's relaxation we ask that children and guest remain in the waiting area.

APPOINTMENTS

Please respect your appointment time!  A 50% deposit is required to book an appointment. Cancellations or changes made within 24 hours of appointment and no-shows will result in loss of deposit. Please have a design in mind for your service or arrive 15 minutes early to view our selections.

PAYMENTS ACCEPTED

We accept cash and most major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card & American Express) as well as Paypal, CashApp and Venmo.

Gratuity is not included in any services. Gratuity is at the discretion of the customer. We appreciate tips in CASH, Venmo or Cash App. 

PRICES

Please keep in mind that the price listed are just base prices and can go up on the condition of the nails and service provided. Inquire with your tech or our receptionist for a more accurate price. We reserve the right to change our pricing, time of appointment, and policies at any time without notice

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

Our spa professionals reserve the right to refuse service/treatment or end a session if; Our spa professionals are put in an uncomfortable situation at any time by the client; If our professionals deem the environment or situation to be unsafe or unsanitary; If the spa professional feels they are in imminent danger.
 

We also reserve the right to refuse service if any of the following apply:

Over consumption of alcohol and/or other substances
Broken skin and/or lesions
Any serious or contagious medical conditions not mentioned at the time of ‘reservation Misconduct, including but not limited to; sexual advances, solicitation, and/or suggestive language

POLICY: List

COVID -19 PROCEDURES

The health and safety of our staff and customers is extremely important to us. We have taken our sanitary procedures to the highest level possible. Aside from our standard sanitary procedures we will have our team members wearing mask, face shields and gloves for all services. Plexiglass barriers will be present at each manicure and pedicure station as well as the reception desk. Stations are spaced 6 FT apart. Hand sanitizer is placed at each table, high touch and workspace ares will be regularly disinfected. New rules and regulations will be implemented in order to insure the safety of everyone. This includes health checks for both staff and clients. Clients are required to wear face masks in order to receive service. A new check-in procedure will be put in place to limit contact.

New Rules and Regulations

  • If you have any symptoms of cough, cold, fever, headache, body ache, etc. PLEASE DO NOT COME IN. If we see any signs visible signs that you are sick, your appointment will be cancelled. 

  • Appointments will be required to receive service. If you do not have an appointment, you may call us to check availability and schedule you an appointment. 

  • Please call us from your car to check in once you arrive in the parking lot. We will notify you when to come in.

  • All clients are required to wear a mask or face covering in order to receive service. Masks will be available for purchase in our salon if you do not have one. NO MASK=NO SERVICE.

  • All clients must agree to a temperature check and sign waivers verifying you are not sick in order to receive service. 

  • Please have a design or color in mind so we can service you right away upon your appointment time. 

  • We will only be providing gel and powder services, no regular polish. There will be no drying area to meet the square feet per person limited, this will allow us to plan appointments accordingly and limit the number of clients in a salon for safety measures. 

  • Upon entering clients will be asked to immediately sanitize their hands, after checking in, clients will be asked to wash your hands before selecting colors and once again before your service. 

  • No exposed drinks or food allowed. Please limit cell phone use during service. Our goal is to limit cross contamination through touching of surfaces. 

  • Seniors and those with pr-existing conditions are urged to stay home and continue to maintain high levels of social distancing. 

  • Contactless payment is recommended.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service if our rules and regulations are not met.
